Mckinnley & Cinder Stand off
We recently acquired a new pet. Late one night a little black cat was thrown out of a car in front of our home. She was terrified, and hid in our garage for a day or so. We fed her and fell in love with her and decided to adopt her. She was to young to have her spaid so we had to keep her for a few weeks until she was old enough. She is coal black so we named her Cinder. Our little dog Mckinnley is so jealous of her. Cinder torments Mckinnley to death.

Our Home in West Point
We also love our home in West Point. It is open 24 hours a day to all our grandchildren and kids. Please come and visit with us. I don't think some of you have even seen our new home yet. We love all of you so come often.
SUMMERTIME AT THE CABIN
Rattle snake at the cabin
This summer as Grandpa started to step off the porch, he heard a buzz and there was a rattle snake. He dropped a log on its head and killed it. We called Fish and Game and they said it was very unusual for a rattlesnake to be up that high. They think it must have come in with a load of lumber for someones cabin. So no worry, we are rattlesnake free, thanks to Grandpa
West Palm Visit
Recently we flew to West Palm Beach Florida to spend some time with my brother whom I had not seen in 18 years. He had a massive stroke several years ago and I was expecting to see him as a vegetable in a wheel chair. These pictures show how good he is really doing. His mind is still as clear as ever, he just has trouble speaking. Sometimes it comes out very clear and other times it is garbled but he can make you understand what he wants and what he is trying to say. His right side is paralyzed partly, but he walks with a cane and does very well. What a special trip. Thanks to Dana and her buddy passes we were able to go and spend a beautiful 4 days with Tom, Gerty, Patti and Tom Junior.

Lady McKinnley "Top of the Mountain"
This is our beloved pet, Mckinnley. She is a long haired Chichua with a beautiful black and tan coat, with a white throat and long haired tail that is white underneath. She has been a championship show dog. She is now retired from show business and is just our sweet little house pet. She weighs about 6 pounds (a couple of pounds overweight like her masters). She dearly loves her family, but is very selective in her choice of friends. She goes by many names according to how people respond to her. We call her Baby Girl, Precious and McKinnley .
Drew started calling her Cujo and Killer, but as she became acquainted with him and now she loves him, these are his names for her. Waddles, Mama's mutt, Sis, and Sweetheart.
Denise calls her Muffy
Debbie (Drew's wife) calls her Princess and Mickey.
The other kids call her various names depending on how she likes them, but the funniest name of all is what Andy calls her.
Andy calls her Satan's lap dog. ( You can tell she really loves Andy).
She hates anyone who wears a ball cap and voices her opinion loud and clear. She really is a sweet loving little companion and we love her dearly.
